Magical Backyard Wedding | Jonathan & Hannah Stump

On June 13, 2020, I had the huge privilege and honor to cater my very first event, and it just happened to be a wedding! If you know anything about me, you would know that I absolutely love weddings almost as much as I love desserts. So, this was the perfect fit for me!

I had the job of compiling, preparing, prepping, and making over 40 dozen assorted desserts for a beautiful dessert bar.

11 different desserts.

40 dozen.

1 baker.

Certainly, it was lot of work, but man, to see the smiling faces, sweet complements, full tummies, and a happy bride and groom is and always will be the most rewarding part.

The sweet family I catered this wedding for was also the first to ever place an order from my business. What a special family they are to me. They are a part of many “firsts” for my sweet, small business. I am so thankful for them and all the ones who have supported and entrusted me with creating treats for their birthdays, anniversaries, parties, and family celebrations. That fact will never stop amazing me.

I am obsessed with the photos from Saturday night, and I can’t help but share them everywhere. Also, some how I totally forgot to snap a picture of my mom and I at the wedding. My mama is the sweetest, and the most fun catering partner. I couldn’t have done this wedding without her.

So, without further rambling (which I do so well at) – here are some of the precious photos I snapped from Hannah and Jonathan’s stunning backyard wedding. To be honest, I'll probably never stop posting these photos. I loved this day too much!

With love & buttercream,
Hannah Catherine
